my works are NOT commercial use! please consult with me beforehand if you'd like to use my art commercially.
commission slots are first come first serve, unless stated otherwise.
i reserve the right to decline your commission, and i am not obligated to providing an explanation.
payment can be done via the following methods:
■ international users: USD via PayPal or Ko-Fi
■ indonesian users: IDR via bank transfer or GoPay
■ indonesian users paying with IDR will pay the amount converted using a flat rate of 1 USD = 15.000 IDR disregarding fluctuating exchange rates.for skeb-style commissions: no WIPs or updates will be issued during the working period. revisions to the final product are allowed if deviations are significant and/or severe.
for regular commissions: you may request updates anytime during the process. revisions are to be made during the sketching phase, after which revisions will be charged an additional $5.
no due dates unless specified during consultation or advertising.
you will not receive a refund if you cancel your purchase. please spend responsibly.

i am allowed to post the art i made for you on my socials, as well as use them for examples for future commissions unless stated otherwise. privacy fees may apply.
purchasing commercial use for both art and adoptables are available. the rates are as following:
limited commercial use; including usage in character-centric online use such as the creation and usage of streaming models, webcomics, and other public-facing profit-oriented works, etc.: +100% initial price
extensive commercial use; including usage in merchandising, commercial print, advertisement, and other public-facing commercial-oriented works that are made for the main purpose of gaining further revenue, etc.: +200% initial price
customs & adoptables.
my designs and the art attached to them are NOT commercial use! please consult with me beforehand if you'd like to use them commercially.
when requesting commercial use of a design you are purchasing commercial rights to the design itself and the original art of the design, but not any subsequent pieces not included in the base purchase nor any works by any artists other than myself.
co-owning is alright, but do not involve me in related disputes between co-owners.
for adoptables: i will not accept refunds for any reason after the character has been transferred to your account.
after purchase, you may:
■ change the character's identity (when applicable).
■ tweak the character’s design after purchase. however, please refrain from changing major aspects of the design and do not draw over my art without my permission.
■ give away or trade the character you purchased.
■ resell the character you purchased, provided it is sold at the same or lower price you bought them.
■ the above rule is moot if you have provided additional art for the character, however please be reasonable with your pricing.
■ turn my designs into CS/OS.
blacklistable offences.
ghosting or failure to pay within the agreed time slot without warning will result in a temp blacklist. if you need a hold or payment plan extension, please notify me ahead of time!
these offences will result in a permanent blacklist. DO NOT:
■ mint my work as NFTs.
■ feed my work to any AI.
■ use derivatives of my work in NFT or AI-related enterprises.
■ resubmit my designs in an attempt to bypass the gift/trade/sell rules.
■ claim my work as your own.
